We’re out visiting venues every week, from hidden London gems to sustainable spaces across Europe. So when we recommend a venue, we know what it’s actually like to be in, not just how it looks in the brochure.

How it works
- Tell us what you’re planning. Dates, numbers, budget and the feeling you want to create.
- Get a shortlist. Venues that fit your brief, with our honest take on each one.
- Visit together. We’ll come on site visits with you and ask the questions you might not think of.
- We negotiate. We check the contract carefully (minimum numbers, cancellation terms, the true total cost), so there are no surprises.
What we’re known for
Creative and unusual London venues. Historic buildings, members’ clubs, hidden cocktail dens and new openings. We look beyond the hotel ballroom.
Venues across Europe. From a beach hotel on Sweden’s south coast to cultural spaces in Aarhus, we find venues for offsites, incentives and conferences, often reachable by rail.
Venues with genuine sustainability credentials. Restored buildings, responsible suppliers and lower-impact journeys, as an added benefit and never at the expense of a great event.
For corporate events of any size. Conferences, offsites, incentives, client entertaining, Christmas parties and celebrations.
How is it free?
Our venue finding is free to you. Venues pay us a commission when you book, you never pay more than booking direct and there are no hidden fees. Because we know the venues and their teams, we can often negotiate preferential rates you wouldn’t get on your own.
We also work as the events team at venues across London including Kent House Knightsbridge, Sands End and The Magicians Table. We’ll always tell you when we recommend a venue we work with.
More than a venue
Found the one? We can take it from there, with styling, catering, entertainment and full event management. Or we can simply hand over the keys. It’s your choice.
