For over 25 years, Evolve Events has been a family-owned, award-winning events agency based in London, finding venues and producing events across the UK and overseas.
Our awards recognise how we work: creative, personal and committed to people and planet. That approach shapes our venue finding, informed by weekly visits to new spaces across London and Europe, and every event we produce, from sustainable travel to the final detail. It has also made us a go-to voice for industry media, expert panels and judging.
Winner: David & Goliath Award, CN Agency Awards 2025
The David & Goliath Award celebrates smaller agencies that deliver events to rival the industry’s biggest names and it sums up who we are. Being small isn’t a limitation; it’s our strength. Our team gives every client senior attention and a bespoke service, without the layers of a large agency.
The judges highlighted:
- Turning every part of an event into an experience including the journey itself.
- Originality and innovation across our events, backed by long-standing clients.
- Our commitment to sustainability, including paid “journey days” for staff who take flight-free holidays, as founding members of Climate Perks.
- Purpose-led venues. We are the approved agency for Sands End, a charitable venue in London where events fund local initiatives like art therapy.
“Small team, big impact. I love this! Proves that just because you’re not a massive conglomerate doesn’t mean you can’t deliver top quality events.” – Judge, David & Goliath Award
“The way you have turned all aspects of the event into an experience for your clients is exceptional… Your events show creativity and clearly give a lasting impression to those who attend.” – Judge, David & Goliath Award
“A story about how an agency that’s been around for a while can keep evolving and pushing boundaries… Well done Evolve. You rock!” – Judge, David & Goliath Award
Highly Commended: Best Sustainable Initiative, C&IT Awards 2026, for Ireland Overland
For years, the industry has assumed that if you hold an event in Ireland, people fly. Ireland Overland asked a different question: what if the journey became part of the event?
We set out to test whether sustainable travel could improve the delegate experience rather than compromise it. The journey included:
- Playlists, guided meditation and storytelling
- A wellbeing practitioner travelling with the group
- A surprise Welsh male voice choir at Holyhead
- Conversations over lunch on the ferry
Delegates had time to slow down before the programme had even begun.
“I have attended two-day conferences where I have barely spoken to anyone, but after an hour on the train we had already swapped stories and bonded.” – Ireland Overland delegate
The trip also showcased two destinations that build sustainability into how they operate. Dublin and Kerry let delegates experience it rather than just hear about it. And for the first time, two convention bureau that usually compete for the same business chose to collaborate, supported by Meet in Ireland and a brilliant group of partners.
Ireland Overland also earned a Platinum rating for Holistic Sustainability from From Now, placing it in the top 1% of assessed events.
Winner: Rail Tourism Awards 2025, the First MICE Agency to Win
Go Sustainable, our collaboration with Switzerland Tourism, Eurostar and partners, took 35 UK event professionals from London to Switzerland entirely by rail. It won at the Rail Tourism Awards 2025, making Evolve the first MICE agency to take home the award and setting “a new standard for business travel.”
The trip turned travel time into time for networking and shared experiences and proved that international rail works for business groups. The judges praised its ambition, its strong partnerships and how smooth and appealing it made rail travel for groups.
Winner: Most Sustainable Initiative 2025, C&IT Awards
Travel can account for up to 80% of an event’s carbon footprint. Go Sustainable showed that overland group travel can cut carbon by 90% and still create a richer, more connected experience.
The trip won Most Sustainable Initiative at the C&IT Awards and earned a Distinction in ESG from event:decision. The judges called it a “true game-changer for the future of sustainable events.”
“Far more than a trip, it was a manifesto, a blueprint for the future of the industry, showing what can and should be done.”
