I have a helicopter view of everything happening across our business and all our events. Cool and calm, I hold our client’s hands through the planning process and always support them in person at their event. It’s also my job to source and manage the very best suppliers.
Hi, I’m Anna. I accidentally shared a stage with David Bowie and named my Cavapoochon Ziggy in his honour. My two teenage sons are pleased it was the dog, not them!
My special power is interpreting our client’s briefs and developing the creative direction. I love keeping up with the latest trends and attending new venue openings. And you can’t stop me from talking about events, sharing tales of other event organisers through our Podcast Gatecrasher and generally being a good advocate for our amazing industry.
Hi, I’m Susie. I specialise in producing large scale event productions such as festivals, conferences or charity fundraisers. My team describe me as calm, caring and capable; never one to give up or stop until something’s perfect and always on hand to help our clients. I’m creative and technical and thrive on providing unexpected solutions, from unusual staging designs, lighting and sound to knowing how to make events the most engaging.
Hi, I’m Tim. Armed with my colour coded spreadsheet, I ensure we’ve got every last detail covered and brief the teams. I make it my job to take away all the complexities (and with events, there can be a lot of them) and be able to respond to clients and suppliers with a clear, straightforward approach. I learnt my trade in 5* hotels and running an event catering company so I know what it takes to get the most from your caterer, from menu design to customer experience and service on the night. And I’m always the first in and last out of an event.
Hi, I’m Mira. My ninja skill is creating punchy mood boards to help our clients conceptualise and visualise their briefs. I work with all our suppliers to deliver the special touches to make events memorable, from venue sourcing to styling to entertainment. I love showing clients around venues, helping them see how they can make the most of their space and always being on hand to answer their queries. I adore the creativity of events, bringing a concept to life and interacting with clients… it sure beats studying engineering!
Hi, I’m Dan. You’ll find me ‘running the floor’ at our events. My team describes me as the linchpin, connecting all the suppliers on the day and ensuring everything runs smoothly between them. It’s my job to make sure our clients can relax, and that means I stop at nothing to ensure they have the very best experience knowing I’ve got every last detail covered. I’ve been lucky to work on all sorts of events, from Bar Mitzvahs and canapé receptions to sit-down dinners at The Brits and The Baftas. I do it all with a big smile. Because why wouldn’t it? I love my job!
