When you value excellence, you’re only going to want to work with the best. Once a year, RSM, a leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services, hold an annual global conference, connecting their teams to look to the future and celebrate successes.
What?
Effectively working together is one of RSM’s five core values. So bringing teams together from all around the world in one conference is crucial. They can’t afford for this event to be anything less than perfection.
They needed to work with an experienced team they could trust to work at scale and collaborate with their internal events team to deliver their three-day conference and celebratory gala dinner for several hundred of their people.
Over the years, we’ve held conferences for them in London, Washington, Barcelona, Toronto and Beijing.
How?
While a rigid brief isn’t their style, RSM provides a theme each year that perfectly suits our creative thinking. We also take inspiration from the host city, designing a set and stage along with entertainment that reflects this. In Beijing, our set depicted the iconic skyline in a celebration of Chinese architecture. Like RSM’s 2017 theme ‘No Limits’, nothing is too big an ask for us, like transforming Berlin’s working conference venue into a Night At The Opera celebration space for the gala dinner in just 90 minutes!
