One Marylebone, refurbished to the beautiful, original designs of Sir John Soane, stands on its own ‘island’ in the heart of the capital. The Grade I listed former-church venue has two exclusive hireable spaces, plus landscaped gardens, moments from Regents Park.
The Soane Hall which is located on the ground floor, soaring over 27 feet high, is impressive in size as well as beauty. Although full of character with mosaics and stained glass windows, the space remains flexible in allowing clients to enjoy its natural state or transform it to fit their own style. After recently increasing in size, One Marylebone can now seat up to 350 for a sit-down dinner and accommodate 500 standing.
The Galleries on the first floor, which take the form of a ‘U’ shape are split into the East, West and South Galleries. Flooded with natural light from floor to ceiling windows, these spaces are bright and contemporary. They can be hired as one space, for an event or intimate wedding ceremony or used as an incredible contrasting reception space for a main function in the Soane Hall. Accommodating 100 for a sit-down dinner or 300 standing.
A blank canvas with magnificent original features gives One Marylebone a contemporary twist.
The grandeur of One Marylebone had attracted many corporate clients from the fashion, beauty and art industries including; Vogue, Temperley London and MAC to name a few. In addition, it is also very popular with private clients, looking for the perfect setting to host their special day or celebration, including McFly’s Tom Fletcher singing his famous heart-melting wedding speech!
