After a Christmas season of parties and prosecco fuelled indulgence, lots of us start of January with good intentions of cutting back on alcohol or even going ‘dry’ completely. Whilst avoiding booze during the week isn’t too difficult, it can’t be a real struggle at the weekend and even harder if you’re at a party.
So if you’re hosting an event this month give some thought to your guests and make things a bit easier for them by asking your caterers to provide some stylish non-alcoholic concoctions to help all your guests survive dry January.
We’ve teamed up with leading mixologists, Mr Flavour, and asked them to come up with three fun and tasty mocktails to help everyone stick to their resolutions and give our poor livers a break.

This is simply the best for the post Christmas blues. A healthy option which will have you feeling refreshed, slim and full of the goodness you require after December.
Simply place all the ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth in texture, if you have a juicer even better.
This looks amazing with a zest of lemon peel, a sprig of rocket and a stick of celery.
