All the accommodation is formed of luxurious villas around 6 clear water Lakes in 650 acres of woodland. The ground floors of the villas are all open plan, and tend to be around 1250-2000 square foot – perfect for hosting events. If you fancy creating an even more laid back summer feel, then a tipi can be erected in the grounds and holds around 50 for a dinner.

The venue works well for product launches as well as private events and parties, especially at the Barnhouse (designed by Kate Moss) and you might recognise some of the interiors from the X Factors ‘Judges Houses’ episode with Nick Grimshaw and Mark Ronson.
For events, the ground floors of the property are very large indeed, and feature living room, snug, dining room & kitchen typically as an open plan space. The dining tables seat around 10/12, so this would also work well for a boardroom style meeting.
Catering can be done in a variety of ways, to suit tastes & budgets. Chefs are available to cook – or lovely hampers can be left for the guests to prepare themeselves, or continental and healthy options can be laid out. In brief, catering options can range from buffets to cookery masterclasses – or even hire of Elsa’s drinks wagon, alongside the pretty tipi, for a totally different experience.
