Over the last 15 months all of us in the events industry have had it hard. Building a profile or a brand is a challenge at the best of times but when your business is shut down, then it really gets tough.
So as we look forward to the return of live events now is the time to get out there, raise your profile and let everyone know that the industry is raring to go.
Instagram is a great tool for making connections, whilst sharing a spotlight on you and your business. And it’s where we’re going to be running the #ExpertsBehindEvents challenge during month of July, to help build up the events community.
The basic idea is that we’ll provide an events related content prompt for each day of the month to help inspire you to post more and share the story of your events business. You can choose to join the challenge everyday and use each prompt or you can just dip in and out – it’s totally up to you. By posting more, and crucially using the same hashtag #ExpertsBehindEvents, you’ll be be able to connect with other event profs, discover some talented new creative people and grow your community.
Whether you’re a planner, caterer, venue, stylist, entertainer and everything in between this is a great chance for us to come together and support each other.
