Events Sales Manager

We are looking for an Events Sales Manager to oversee the sales at Kent House Knightsbridge, an exclusive venue in Central London with an extensive list of high profile clients including Facebook, Lancome, Waitrose, The Evening Standard, National Theatre and Pret A Manger.
This historical venue runs a mixture of small to medium size corporate events, brand days, private events, bat & bar mitzvahs and weddings. Your role will be to take full responsibility for managing the sales for the venue; identifying, responding and converting leads, creating and writing compelling, fully costed bespoke proposals and showcasing the venue.
You will be based in our Fulham offices working with the Evolve Events team to build the profile of the venue as well as conducting showrounds of our Knightsbridge Venue. You will also be expected to attend networking events and build relationships within the events industry and direct buyers.

Desired Skills and Experience
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and ability to convert enquiries to confirmed sales
- Self-motivated with a desire to surpass targets and able to work autonomously
- Proven experience in identifying quality prospects and developing new business
- High standards, well organised, attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude with excellent presentation
- Great service skills, able to manage clients expectations
- Experience in events and London venues
- A passion for the events industry and ability to engage others through your excitement about the venue and events business
