Best Venues For Hybrid Events

As we pivoted from live to virtual during 2020 many of us discovered the advantages of virtual events. Of course, nothing beats the experience of live but the ability to reach a wider audience at a lower cost is seriously appealing, which is one of the reasons hybrid events are here to stay.

If you’re going to offer a virtual element to your event you need to ensure it’s personal and engaging. No matter how engaging and smooth your online event is, meeting online can be exhausting; keep sessions short, build in breaks in between and find a fabulous hybrid event venue to host it.

Look for venues that have a great event space but also comprehensive hybrid event packages run by experienced teams. Here are 9 of our favourite London venues for hosting hybrid events. From small live events supported by live streaming to completely virtual experiences, whatever online event you’re planning you’ll find the perfect hybrid event space for you. Hybrid events are going to gain in popularity, so discover some of the best places to help you host a memorable event.

You’d expect The Science Museum to be ahead of the game when it comes to virtual and they don’t disappoint.  The high-tech equipment in their venue, Illuminate, takes the stress out of managing numerous speakers and hosts in one location. Opt to have a fully engaged and immersive experience with a minimal number of presenters physically together on site, and hosts can join remotely too. You could even invite speakers from across the globe to make your event as successful as possible. With a wealth of tools at their fingertips, delegates will still be able to ask questions in real time and continue to have thought-provoking dialogue, even if they are joining from the comfort of their own home or office.

If it’s a hybrid event you’re after, you can combine live broadcasts, prerecorded sessions and on-demand content. Delegates don’t even need to choose between sessions – online content hubs with all sessions recorded offer flexibility and maximum value to all attendees.
