To assist our clients in the smooth operating of their venue we have developed an on-line calendar which allows our individual partners to monitor and control all their bookings wherever they are. The calendar is extremely flexible and has been custom built by Blue Gull Solutions to deal with event venue bookings.
It incorporates a system with all the tools you would expect to find on a venue booking system including the ability to handle different levels of provisional, pending and confirmed bookings, 1st, 2nd and 3rd provisional bookings and multiple events at different time periods of a day.
