For us, the greatest buzz is bringing your event to life. Our team has been selected to provide the right mix of event experience, attention to detail and creativity to deliver the perfect event. With a mixture of characters and skills, the glue that brings us all together is our passion for events and belief in exceptional customer service.

Our events team is made up of passionate people with extensive experience across the events industry to ensure delivery of high standards of excellence with a personal and friendly touch for every event.

  • Gary Peters

    Director

    Gary’s background in the hospitality industry, both in London and New York, saw him working as Operations Director for leading organisations within this sector including Maxwell’s, Ark Restaurants and The Cross Keys.

    His passion for food, love for design and planning and talent for detailed implementation led him to launch Evolve Events eleven years ago; identifying an opportunity where he could apply his high standards for customer service and fresh thinking to events.

    Gary has created an Evolve ethos whereby he and his team go out of their way to get to know their clients. Acquainting themselves with the company’s business and culture ensures a genuine and full understanding of the client’s brief enabling Evolve to deliver against the business objectives of the event.

  • Nick Perry

    Graphics & Animation

    Nick has headed up live film and motion graphics for Evolve Events for the past five years. This one stop production facility is geared up to deliver anything from short films; vox pops; motion graphics; sponsor representation to key note speaker graphics. This involves creating exciting, original concepts at the beginning of a project and seeing them through to delivery at the event.

    An experienced cameraman, editor and animator, Nick works as an integral part of the client team, together with our show producers, bringing ideas alive with radical, exciting and brilliant design.

    In addition to the in-house studio, Nick often works with Evolve's clients in their own offices with a portable edit facility. Our range of services includes DVD authoring and duplication.

    Having helped deliver some of Evolve's most spectacular events, Nick is dedicated to constantly developing latest graphic techniques - pushing graphics to the limits.

  • Neil Harrison

    Technical Production Manager

    Neil worked as a studio engineer in various recording studios before moving into the design and production sides of advertising. After 7 years in one of London's top agencies, Neil decided to utilise his technical and artistic expertise and began working at a leading London based AV company.

    With over 20 years of experience, Neil has a wealth of knowledge regarding optimising the most creative and cost effective solutions for any event, whilst guaranteeing extremely high quality sound and visuals. He is extremely proactive, hands on and will be involved from conceptual stage through to the technical running of the show

  • Susie Devilliers

    Project Manager

    Beginning her career with a large B2B exhibition and event organiser, Susie’s experience encompasses the organisation of events on every scale, both on behalf of private corporations and Government officials, NGOs and royalty. Having undertaken senior communication roles with companies including Emirates Airlines and the World Health Organisation, she has also provided communications expertise to overseas Government Ministers. From formal business events to large PR launches Susie has worked extensively around the globe, with significant experience in the Gulf Region and Asia.

  • Louisa Davey

    Events Manager

    A communication and media graduate of Brighton University, Louisa has interspersed bouts of globe-trotting with work as a freelance Production Assistant on projects within TV production, before joining Evolve. Assisting on high profile productions such as Strictly Dance Fever, Watchdog, GMTV, and The Paul O’Grady Show, Louisa has acquired a strong acumen for production research, planning and co-ordination, and supplier/prop sourcing. This experience, combined with her excellent people skills, has seen Louisa settle in perfectly into the Evolve team and event schedule.

  • Michelle Day

    General Manager

    After graduating from University, Michelle began her career with NatWest managing induction programmes and internet projects for the bank. Following nearly 3 years within the corporate world Michelle joined a new design agency as Business Manager where her organisational skill set were central to the successful operation of this start-up agency.

    Following a 16 month career break of travel to South East Asia and Australia, Michelle joined Evolve as General Manager, co-ordinating and managing all event operations. Her excellent organisational skills and calm approach ensures client's objectives and expectations are always achieved whilst ensuring their events run effortlessly and smoothly.

  • Anna Peters

    Marketing Director

    Anna has worked within the communications industry for 16 years with stints in agency account management and then as a consultant, working on communication strategies, advertising, brand development and agency management for brands such as Boots, The Times and Aviva.

    She joined Evolve in 2010 bringing her skills in project management to the team and working as a Marketing Consultant to Kent House Knightsbridge.  She has also recently been appointed to the marketing board for The Westminster Collective, helping to promote the wonderful venues available within the borough of Westminster.

  • Leon Sewell

    Leon’s vast experience in all elements of hospitality brings further insight and expertise to the Evolve team. As a highly qualified chef he has worked at eminent establishments such as The Ivy, The Dorchester and The Savoy and alongside great chefs such as Michel Roux Jr, Gary Rhodes and Ainsley Harriot delivering gastronomic delights for high profile guests.

    Possessing a drive to manage and develop the ‘whole picture’ Leon moved seamlessly into venue management and event planning. Combining his intuitive creativity and absolute understanding of service, he has managed a diverse range of events of every size at venues such as the Natural History Museum and Leeds Castle including Royal Banquets and festivals. His communication skills and affirmative approach ensures excellent working relationships with all and strong client satisfaction.
